Privacy

The contact form. If you send it, we receive your name, company, email address, your message, and your phone number if you chose to add one. Nothing is collected until you press submit.

Analytics. Anonymous page views, and which links and buttons get clicked. What you type into the contact form is not captured. There is no session replay and no cross-site tracking, and we never identify visitors, so our analytics holds events rather than people.

Form submissions go to Netlify, who host this site and run the form. Each one is posted into a Slack channel the team reads, and emailed to our Google Workspace inbox.

Analytics goes to PostHog Inc., on servers in the United States. Offerstock Inc. and those two companies are the only parties that see any of it.

Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing lists. This site carries no advertising, no remarketing tags, and no embedded third-party content.

This site sets no cookies. Analytics runs in memory only, so nothing about your visit is stored in your browser between page loads.

The one thing kept on your device is your light or dark theme choice, saved in your browser's local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on the next visit. It never leaves your browser and is never sent to us.

• Form submissions: 24 months, then we delete them.
• Analytics events: 12 months, then PostHog deletes them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@offerstock.net and we will do it.

If you live in the EU or UK, or in California, the law gives you those rights. We apply them to everyone who asks, wherever you are.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If a child has sent us something, email info@offerstock.net and we will delete it.

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
